I went with the notchless and still get dribble ins; it works great for me and almost never affects ball travel (maybe I got lucky). My experience with the cliffys is that you don't want to overtighten the things that hold them in place, so for this protector make sure you don't overtighten the two posts in the back. If you overtighten it seems to distort the edges up on some protectors.
