We made these custom decals for X-Files since most machines have damaged ones, and the originals will never be made for sale. Whoever has this machine with damaged decals can now have a nice machine with new art
We are waiting to receive some pics with the decals installed from the first costumer that bought a set.
Hope you guys like it.

If mine wasn't in good shape I would be all over a set..

Love it! Any chance of just offering the front decal alone?

You can use the "contact us" on the top right of the site to ask for that.
I would respond but I only do the art, not the sales

I do really like the art but mine is in pretty good shape. I'm doing a galaxy purple powder coat job now on the legs, lock down bar, and side rails. This art would look really nice with that color.

It is nice, but IMHO I like the stock images better. Still, a good option for a rough cabinet.

I bought my X-Files NIB in 1997 and it's been HUO ever since getting unpacked in my basement, so my game and cabinet are still in excellent condition. Why do most X-Files have damaged cabinet art? Does the purple color fade easier than other cabinets? Does the artwork damage easier than other pins made back then? Or do you think most games that are almost 20 years old have had their cabinets damaged over time?

re-decaling with non stock images is the modern equivalent of the people who repainted EM's to match their basements. why do people actually think this is a good idea? The images above are fine, I'm not saying they are bad or anything, I just don't get it.

You just have to want to believe the different images are a good idea.

nice, you get a point, granted the scores don't matter, but point none the less.

Or the colors fade through time or the paint starts to blend with the wood and it looks horrible. This only happens on routed machines that are moved from place to place during many years. Of course on a HUO this won't happen.

These decals where made because we had a lot of costumers asking for a solution. And this solution works, but naturally you need to like it

Anybody have any pictures of this artwork installed on their game?

I have been very close to pulling the trigger on a full set and I think seeing some pictures would help push me over the edge.

TIA,
Jeff

I think the actual "I Want to Believe" artwork would look pretty cool

#16 9 years ago

Hmmm... that could be cool too!
