Does anyone know where I can find the cable in the attached picture? Is this something I would have to wire myself together or do they sell them wired correctly? (Some pin outs aren’t used)

What cable? Are you asking about a possible wiring harness? It looks like someone bare wired the monitor without connectors, that's all. Just tape it up and call it a day or get a generic 6 position female+male harness/plug.
