I recently acquired a WWFRR from a local seller, and I am working on installing Comet LEDs for the inserts. Some of them are working fine, but others are lighting more than one light during the single lamp test. It was actually happening with the incandescent bulbs as well, but they were too dim to notice. I have a copy of the lamp matrix from the manual but I’m very new to this hobby. Should I start by writing down which lamps are working and which ones aren’t?

For an example, the Yokozuna lamp also lights up the “Rumble” light on the right ladder. The left Rumble also lights the right Rumble. See attached pic

I went ahead and tested each lamp. Based on what I found, it looks like column 2 is the one that is always getting double lit, but only lamps 9-12. Here's the results:

This seems to indicate only the top half of column 2 is affected. I checked all the column transistors and they are reading fine. Is there maybe an IC that controls only the top half of this column?
