Also turned my shaker to low and it isn't so bad, but on normal or extra use it was insane
Quoted from phillymadison:You also have to show us how to change the WWE logo on the LCD screen
PinballBrowser! But I have actually created several custom animations, the 3D WWF block letter for example. I also replaced the WrestleMania opening animation with a custom clip from WrestleMania 7's intro, and added 3D letters "PINBALL" that come up in the same style as the old WrestleMania REPORT with Mean Gene! Also a classic Royal Rumble logo animation for that mode, but I've never seen in myself in game yet. I'll post these somewhere for anyone who wants to download.
Quoted from Phbooms:what brand shaker you using Kreater? I have a pinball life one in my LE and its good but not as good as the Cointaker normal shaker in my GOT. I had a Cointaker Red tremor in a Ghostbusters and it was way to much even at the lowest setting.
I actually had the first order from Pinball Life before they discovered it wasn't truly Spike compatible. Thankfully, they replaced the node board for me and Stern's support was great at helping identify that those had a capacitor attached which was blowing the node boards. Simply clipping it off and it worked fine.
But yes, I'd much prefer it to be less powerful like Royal Rumble's motor. I think the key is adjusting the weight offset on the motor itself. Bringing the weight closer to the center reduces the vibration. They can also spin the motor slower in code, which is what I thought the setting in the operator menu was for, but only affects how often it's used, not how strong.

Do you have any photos of how you adjusted the weight in the motor? I too found that the settings in the operator menu did nothing to decrease the strength of the shaker. Thanks
Not sure if it was mentioned before in the updates/fixes thread, but something should be done with Combos too. I totally forgot that there is a combo champ since it doesn't show it in the high scores or attract mode, but if you get over 15 you can enter your initials for it. It does have a nice Combo graphic callout during the game, but some visible point award for the combo or number of combos you are building to for an award would make them serve more of a purpose. As it sits right now, I know I am combo champ on my Wrestlemania with 23 combos, but I couldn't tell you what any of those combos were worth or if they are even worth shooting for at all.

I haven't made the adjustment yet, but will be sure to take photos when I do. I'm hoping to spend some time next week on my machine since I got new Titan rubber to install too. And maybe will do a Twitch stream of the install process and some game play.
Quoted from djsilentmic:I just got one of these machines...does anyone know where there's a complete rule set?

There isn't. I suggested we should create one as a group because the rules are very confusing and even the instruction cards are not correct.
Just about finished updating my Wrestlemania Pro. Normally I am not a big mod guy, but this game is just screaming for certain things to be done and they look factory, which is what I like in a mod. Only thing left to do is add the side art blades as soon as I get a few bucks that I am waiting on and pick up the lollipop rails at the Midwest Gaming Classic in a month. So far I have added...
WWE Divas signed translite
Stern upgraded GI kit
Titan competition colored rubbers (Red, white, blue ring ropes and color matched everywhere else)
Colored blue/red ring target decals
Real Money in the Bank briefcase
Mezel Mods real ladder
Speaker Lights Kit
WWE acrylic speaker logo
The Rock and John Cena figure plastics by the ring (like the LE)
I gave her a good cleaning while I was doing all that, eventhough it didn't really need it. It only had 300 plays total when I got it. Really liking this game, but man it is hard to go for the WWE Championship. I won the Tag Team Championship, won the US Championship, started the IC Championship but didn't win it. So I went and won the US and Tag Team Championships again thinking that would re-qualify the IC Championship but it didn't, so I don't know how to get back into it at this point.

Since I used the Divas translite in the game and I had won a Pro translite during the Wrestlemania Launch Party way back when, I now had two Pro translites. I was always going to keep the original with the game, but I wasn't sure what to do with the other one. Thought about selling it, but then I found this brand new blue frame at Goodwill for $3.00. I had an oversized gray matte from another framing project from a year ago and thought they looked perfect together. I cut down the oversized matte so it would fit this frame and I love the results. Perfect gameroom decor. Now I just need to find more wall space to put all this cool stuff on.

Thanks Bro!
Finally! I'm going to be meeting The Hulkster at his new beach shop in Orlando on Friday the 31st and have him re-sign my WWE LE plaque that got smudged! And going to have him personalize it so it truly will be one-of-a-kind!
...And then putting that sweet protective cover over it so it never gets smudged again!

i started IC/RR 2 times in one game last night. I got money in the bank after first IC/RR match and got the US title quickly that way then beat tag team 2x as usual and IC/RR became available then a second time. Im not sure why it didnt work for you, maybe a LE to Pro code bug?

Was it qualified again right after you beat Tag Team for the 2nd time or did you have to get Money in the Bank? Normally it starts right after the second title match on a ramp shot on the Pro without needing anything else.

it qualified as soon as i started the second TT title match i believe, guess i worded my other post wrong. what shot on the Pro starts IC/RR match?

Ramp shot. The first time it is qualified as soon as you start the second title match. After going through US and Tag Team again though, it wasn't qualified right away like before. I must have missed something.
Dumb question, can you only get the real Money in the Bank briefcase with action figures? Or can you buy it separately?
Quoted from blowback1976:Dumb question, can you only get the real Money in the Bank briefcase with action figures? Or can you buy it separately?
I bought mine on eBay. It was less than $10 shipped.
Just wondering why the gates wouldn't close during intercontinental championships match on the Le if they close for every other match, would it be that the coders didn't get that far in the game?
Quoted from Deez:Is a shaker motor worth installing in this title?
Had a Red Tremor one in mine. Thought it was too much for the game, so I pulled it. A standard shaker might be ok.

I think the coder really messed up the IC belt being mixed with Royal Rumble multiball, they shouldnt be the same mode at all in my opinion. ICbelt should be its own match and RR should be its own Mball, game would play alot better that way.
Not really sure why the gates work the way they do now during IC/RR. My guess would be they didnt notice it until after they released the code. Ive sent them a few videos and emails about the issue but got zero response back.
Ive gotten so close to beating IC/RR even with code way it is and gates staying open. Had it down to where i had every shot completed including the 4 ring saucer shots but drained before hitting the final saucer shot to beat it.
Heres to Stern releasing the new code update they mentioned in video for Wrestlemania weekend!!!

Totally agree. Always thought that was weird. For the longest time I didn't realize the two were the same, the blinking belt is the only thing that made me take another look at it. The rule card says to start Royal Rumble you need to win 3 standard matches and then you are supposed to shoot the balls out the side of the ring in that mode...neither of which are true. I always thought it was weird that it was qualified as soon as you do two championship matches too. Right when you are done with the other championship match, you just shoot it up the ramp and start IC/Royal Rumble immediately. It should be a standalone like a mini wizard mode for beating 2 championship matches and getting halfway to completing the game. They need to make match progress possible in Referee MB again too. Maybe not be able to pin your opponent as the ref is down, but you should be able to beat the hell out of him so all your ring hits during that MB should increase your pin jackpot for at least that match. That would help make Ref. MB worth shooting for at least a little bit.

Couldn't agree more. The rules description of the RR mode on the card sounds great as well. MB where the goal is to get 29 balls out the side of the ring. Challenging, fun and different, and fitting with an actual RR match. If you fail out of the mode (drain down to 1 ball before getting eliminating the other 29 wrestlers) you fail the mode but no big deal. However, the big reward for winning the RR (keeping MB alive and getting 29 balls out of the sides of the ring) could be just like winning the RR - a shot at the World Championship. In other words, if you win the RR match, you get auto qualify for the World Championship after completing the IC Championship (which should be a separate mode). Fail at RR and you have to defeat X number of opponents after getting the IC Championship (or collect MITB).
Then make IC championship a separate mode. Keep it a single MB, but with some nuanced rules (like a ladder match).
Also, I completely agree that Ref MB should allow you to pin an opponent. Stacking of modes is great for both fun and strategy (e.g. saving your Ref MB for a championship match to help you complete the match).
Just add these tweaks, fix the top gate issues, and add a few lighting effects (e.g. on when to hit the left saucer) and you have a pretty solid, fun, finished and polished game.
It would be so nice to release new code now (week before Wrestlemania), but I really doubt it will happen.
Totally agree with the top posts, thats a really good idea with the royal rumble mode eliminating 29 opponents out of the side of the ring, I think it should act like the data east wwf royal rumble multiball where if as long as you have 2 balls in play an your not cradling the game should shoot out another ball every say 10-20 seconds like a real rumble, I agree this is a really fun game just lacks the code support, would be awesome for an update on wrestlemania weekend!!!!

That's a great idea!
So there's some hope that they might be updating the code? Haven't followed the code issues, but picked up an LE a couple weeks ago and have really liked it.
In a video that was recorded at Stern about 4 months ago, Jody Dankberg commented that the WWE was out in the play area at Stern because they were working on a code update for it (along with Kiss). No follow up on that comment and no code since. We are just speculating that a code release soon would be nice and coincide with Wrestlemania this Sunday.
I'm on the fence about the game. I like how it shoots, and the basic rules are good. But it for sure needs an update. I would likely buy one if they did so.

I didn't know there was any real hope for another code update. That would be so great if they did release one. Before Sunday would be the icing on the cake, I would take one any time in the foreseeable future.
November 2016 was when the Stern tour took place and when Jody made the comment about WWE code being worked on. See at 7:18 mark of this video (also posted earlier in this thread):
Last big code update for the game was February 2016. Then two smaller updates in April and May of 2016.
Quoted from LesManley:Was it qualified again right after you beat Tag Team for the 2nd time or did you have to get Money in the Bank? Normally it starts right after the second title match on a ramp shot on the Pro without needing anything else.
Your right on the needing MiB to start IC/RR a second time. I couldnt get TT championship to start a 2nd time to get IC/RR available second time through. I even played TT Mball 3x and pinned each time but no TT champ match afterwards. I got US championship a second time but i think i got it through MiB but wasnt really paying attention until I couldnt get TT champ match to light.
So another major bug Stern needs to fix. You can not start a second IC/RR match without getting MiB's to start the championship matches.
So i finally got some responses from Stern on all the code issues. They claim that they didnt know about any of the code issues even though many have told them. Unfortunately they also say there is no scheduled code updates. Not sure what to believe from them anymore.
Hulk Hogan's new store opens this week with signings...
Pricey but would complete anyone's WWF or WWE pinball machine?

Wow. That's ridiculous. Either they do not care about the finished product of their games, or they were not truthful when speaking about the code update 4 months ago.
If they're done you'd think they release the code to the public to finish the job. There's enough smart people here to fix their mistakes.

That's really sad if true. Code polishing aside, the game shouldn't be broken from a functional standpoint and it is on the LE. A little work could take this game so far. The wheel doesn't need to be reinvented here, it just needs to be aligned correctly.
Phbooms, it didn't take you long to list your LE after getting that news. It's totally understandable, but so unfortunate that the lack of attention to detail here drives fans of the game to sell.
That's what I don't get, it can't be that hard, if the gates can close for every other match, why can't they close for intercontinental championship match?? Couldn't take to long to fix the error..
Quoted from whisper:That's what I don't get, it can't be that hard, if the gates can close for every other match, why can't they close for intercontinental championship match?? Couldn't take to long to fix the error..
Long answer:
In the coding world, it's more complicated. It requires analysis, change, a rebuild of the code and then user testing. You'd be surprised what you can break with a little change because code is reused a lot.
Short answer:
Stern is freakin' lazy
I am really liking how my Wrestlemania is shaping up cosmetically. Game was in perfect condition when I bought it and the enhancements I added just take it over the top to where it should have been originally. I added the Stern art blades last night and I have to say I am impressed. I have had art blades from other companies before and in comparison the quality of the Stern ones is night and day better. It is a much thicker, sturdier material that you don't have to constantly worry about snagging every time you raise and lower the playfield like you do with other brands and despite the thicker material they installed super easily and I have no issues raising or lowering the playfield since . They really tie the game together nicely by matching the backboard art perfectly. So to this point I have added the following and it all looks factory to me which is important in a mod in my opinion.
*Divas translite
*Titan colored competition rubbers (color matched to areas)
*Titan red, white and blue ring rope rubbers in ring and below slings
*Titan red competition flipper rubbers
*Red, white and blue ring target decal kit to match the rubbers
*The Rock and John Cena plastic figures outside the ring to match the LE
*Speaker light kit w/ the WWE acrylic logo
*Real money in the bank briefcase
*Mezel mods real ladder
*Official Stern Pinball art blades
I am going to buy a set of the lollipop rails to protect from flipper wear and damage, plus I want to find/make a set of custom cards for this game. I like the idea of doing something with a vintage Wrestlemania ticket style, so I might try taking that on myself, otherwise I think I am going to just keep enjoying it and try to win that elusive World Championship Belt.
Made it to the royal rumble tonight for the first time, didn't finish it an had to go back an fight for the United States championship, hope if they ever update the code they can fix it that you once a belt is complete you can't revisit it. Still think it's a great game though!!!

Key to getting back to RR a second time is getting the MIB skill shot 2x to start both the US and TT championship matches. Without MIB you can not start TT championship a 2nd time after first RR. Ive made it to a 2nd RR a few times now but havent beaten RR yet. Ive had it down to only few shots left. I wish the game would at least remember the previous RR shots made instead of starting over each time you start RR.

So what exactly do you have to do in royal rumble to finish it?
Quoted from whisper:So what exactly do you have to do in royal rumble to finish it?
Hit all the lit shots 4x(ring saucer, both ramps, both orbits, left saucer) then one last ring saucer shot lights to finish it. The shots arrows will be blinking until complete then either turn solid or turn off when completed. Its super hard to do especially on LE with the rings wheel spinning nonstop, left saucer being tight shot, and gates staying open above ring. My strategy is to ignore the bottom playfield shots at first and let the balls drain that exit the ring so they auto launch back in the ring until i hit the 4 ring saucer shots. Then i try to complete the rest of the shots.
