No, but my issue was the first coil that returned the locked ball to the shooter lane was weak. I was able to adjust that in coil settings. Try setting the Trough VUK Strength to a higher number.

For the new SE owners and the soon to be LE owners...
I've had mine for three weeks now. This past week was when we were really "getting" it. The rule set is very deep. There's a LOT of info on the screens, it's all about knowing what to look at.
Examples: if you have one Super Lock, the doors to the Wonkavator are halfway open. Two opens them fully. Lower right corner will show how many seconds are left in the particular modes you are in. Kids are on the left, they start sepia color. Collecting them turns them to full color, completing each kid lights a small avatar next to each of their pics. Gobstoppers that represent the Gobstopper Jackpots will appear in the center of the screen when earned. Wonkavision shows the hints to captive ball mystery rewards.
That's just off the top of my head, anything I'm missing, please let us know!

Is the light below the Most Secret Machine still unlabeled? My thoughts on that whole thing with the "Big Points" label was it was because of code development. There's Small Points, Medium Points and Big Points modes reached from the lit ! shot at the saucer. I'm guessing that label on the prototypes just didn't make sense on the finished machines.

Switch that ring that came with it with the ring off the right side inlane post. Worked for me.

Running without a ring on the left post, which I do not like at all. Thinking of shaving a mm or so of the right swap ring to see if it will travel.
You are correct sir, I forgot to mention I did also have to shave quite a bit off the inlane ring. Not the most cosmetic solution but it has worked great. The outlane drains are pretty much equal now.

Exactly, just wish they had put a better diffuser on the cutout 'cause the LEDs are still a nice touch to the Most Secret Machine.

Yes, Oompa Loompa Odyssey and Wonka's Office are the only two I've gotten to so far. There's also The Most Secret Machine mini wizard mode, but I have yet to earn more than two Golden Tickets to unlock it.

Just my two cents, my Wonka SE born on 6/20/19 has not encountered any of the major issues that have been listed here besides the subway VUK needing to be bumped up.

Looks like I've been bitten by the trough opto board problem that turns every multiball mode into six ball multiball. Only problem I've had with mine in almost three months. Reported to customer support.

Not here, always has ended at "Stop the boat!", no scream. We've only finished the mode a handful of times though.

Eventually goes back to normal after the extras drain. But next multiball mode achieved, it starts up all over again.
Update on my post from last night. Sent a message to JJP support last night at 9:30. At 9 this morning, I had an email from them and new trough opto boards are already in the mail on the way to me at no charge. That's great customer service!
