Quoted from 27dnast:Before the game was shopped, the right flippers were dead. I replaced the fuse and it made it about 1/2 a game before it died. I did some searching on the net and someone had mentioned they had that issues and it was solved with full rebuild. I was going to rebuild anyway and went about my business. Once I got the game back together (shopped, rebuild, fuses checked) it was working great.... literally 10 games and a few test games. Then poof.
I'm sure I can change the fuse, but it's probably just going to happen again.
I'm guessing this is a power board issue? Too much going out is blowing the fuse??
How do I check the voltage to the coils?
Could just be a short. Trace the wires back to the board and make sure they aren't touching something they shouldn't be. Get the dmm out and test voltage too.
