The Diner comes with a full set of replacement rubbers from GameRoom Guys. It also comes with all the original paperwork, including the manual, and a half sheet of decals.
The RCT comes with half a set of rubbers (the other half is installed). I have a digital (PDF) copy of this manual but do not have a physical copy. I could be convinced to print off the PDF for your convenience if requested.
I know someone with a SFII that might be looking to trade. You might even know him! 
Just put in a few LEDs over the weekend- she's looking pretty.
