I just installed the new code on the Pinbits website fixed the switched lights in Lightcycle multiball (Code Updates 1.1 - Corrects right and left Light Cycle Multiball colors. Minor other cleanup.) Thanks Eli!

So did you wind up getting an email to order a kit? I got an email a month or so ago, basically saying that I'd be offered one soon, but nothing as of yet. I just went to Pinbits and saw that it's sold out again. Bummer.

Ya seriously, thanks for making that list, it appears I have a long way to go before ever seeing one of these, keep up the good work ecurtz, hope you don't get burned out making these.

Meh. I was bored. And I figured I might as well try to do something to help those waiting.
Again this list is rough and may or may not be even close to Eli's with PMs.

That being said it looks like many of the earliest requests are filled or have declined. I would say if your name is in the first 50 or so and you haven't gotten an Email, you might want to send Eli a quick PM just to be safe.

Other than that, I expect the rest should see something coming along pretty soon. Also, as they ramp up production they get quicker at assembling them I am sure.

Have patience as it is definitely worth the wait.

I see that I am not on that list. I thought I sent in a request to be on it a couple of months ago on this thread? (I better go back and check because this mod looks to be the greatest of them all and it is the one mod I want the most here in this world)

FYI, I'm not related to the OP this was just a rough list created by reading through the thread. If you PM'd him it wouldn't appear here. Also I may have missed a few (it is a long thread) and if it was in the last month I kind of skimmed them as my focus was more on who got one at that point.

I don't think I would worry about not getting one. I believe they will be made as long as there is a demand for them.

Just an update from my previous post. I got a quick response (thanks, Eli!) and it looks like my "official" email wound up in my SPAM folder somehow.

So anyway, my kit is now officially ordered!

Yea, that's why it's a rough list. I couldn't account for PMs only. You'll have to take the date you PM'd and cross ref some of those on the list to see where you fall.

Just keep checking the pinbits site. They seem to pop up around 10pm est every few nights or so. That's how I acquired mine.

This mod is so awesome I want to order it for my LE. Wonder what double tracked optic fibres would look like?

You wouldnt need to double up. Just take the existing fiber optic ends and insert them in the new light engines and install the little board. No need to add the fiber if you already have it. Interesting to see what an LE owner would think of the kit ...

Just installed it last night and it totally changes the game!! It really keeps you in tune to where your at in the game with each shot....love it!

That's it! Put the second board in and splice some fibre from it and have both boards connected with some sort of optical isolating switch so you can choose which source you want to run with. As long as there is room under the playfield to have both sets of drivers installed.
