Today I had an (Abra Ca Dabra) delivered. I brought it in and checked it out for about a minute and had to jet to meet a fellow Pin-Master to work/teach me a system 80.

I get home to start working on my 1975 Abra Ca Dabra EM....

    ----------> AND I FIND A CONTAINER OF NARCOTICS! <-------------------------

The pin was from an adult/kid that inherited everything from his passed away uncle. He never opened the pin or knew anything about pinball.

I found a f_cking legitimately large container of narcotics in the back.

SO CRAZY! I have dumped all narcotics down the drain. But Will never dump this story of my First EM HOLY F_CK!!!

Was it the blue stuff? I heard the blue stuff was making a comeback.

    #3 10 years ago

lol, Not "Walter Whites" cook. This was a great deal of Crystal White/Clear. Mixed of powder and crystals. What a way to get a first '75 EM that was inherited with narcotics lol

Could have reposted to CL with the same story but moved the large bag to under the PF glass and took lots of pictures. Say not sure but you think it must be some type of dry wax for the PF.
Then let the tweakers come running. (FYI sell it out of the back of your truck) You do not want them knowing where you live.

Then you could buy 9 of them

That is very crazy but I am sure many things have been found and stored inside of pinball machines throughout the decades.

    #5 10 years ago

It has a key lol I guess its common place to stash it. I know I could have sold it and acquired a few more pins with the profit but I cant do that business nor want to be part of it. So what I assume was a great deal of money is now a few miles down my sewer.

    #6 10 years ago

I call it BS pix or it didn't happen. If you don't deal in it how did you know what it was? Crystal meth can be mistaken for a couple other drugs out there, How are you sure what you flushed, Could have been sugar for all you know.

    #7 10 years ago

I had a friend confirm it, that has seen it. etc. Why would you have a container of this in the back of an 1975 EM sold buy a kid that inherited it from his passed away uncle? ?

I found a bong in a Dolly Parton I bought at an auction. The coin door was locked and I had to drill it out, guess it is not uncommon place to hide stuff.

I had coins packed in both shoots, so I also got about $4 lol

Should be careful posting this kind of stuff, it could land you in hot water with a) the police or b) someone looking for this that may have not belonged to the previous machine owner. Interesting read though.

I would have called the police to be safe. They likely would have only confiscated the substance, and not the machine.

I found half a dead hooker in a High Speed. Two weeks later I bought a High Speed II and found the other half.

No need to worry about posting, I bought the pin from Ebay. I am protected under E-bay Buyers Protection lol (Its flushed, they wont find anything, its gone)

I bought a "LOT" ebay auction once of many Star Trek items as an online estate sale. I got it, the Alarm clock had blood all over it... "No lie"

I have Jury duty soon, I would not mind being unworthy for such a duty lol I have documented this enough where I am not in harm.

My first EM had a bag of weed tucked in the back corner - guess it was easier place to hide it since the back cover on the backbox was missing...

    #16 10 years ago

I guess EM = Em-parallel Melancholic-Universe.... AKA place to stash your shit when you get raided in the 70's

    #17 10 years ago

Nice, so now you just put it into your public water supply.....nice job.

    #18 10 years ago

Well, It takes a very long cycle for us to drink our own Feces over filtration of public sewer lines. I am pretty sure it helped break down the garbage lol...

Should I have put it in a baggy next to my batteries on top of my recycling can in California? lolol

    #19 10 years ago

For future, if this happens again

The best thing to do is to just take it to a drug drop. They will neutralize and properly dispose of it.

    #20 10 years ago

lol, and that drop is a cop. I rather dump it. But I always need to buy a new pin. sigh, the "Flush guilt"

    #21 10 years ago

Yes,pinballs make great stash spots but you have to remember to remove it before you play them.(or sell them)

Most major cities have a drop that is run by pharmacists.

    #24 10 years ago

Good one,but a stashed bong could get a good shake up during play.

    #25 10 years ago

Yeah, I'm not putting bongs in my pins. Most of them are too tall anyway.

If I had any, I mean.

    #26 10 years ago

    Yes,hypertheticly speeking!

    #27 10 years ago

I guess it's better then finding a bloody murder weapon.

    #28 10 years ago

Yes,no leathal weapon in my leathal weapon!

    #29 10 years ago

All I'm saying is that if we're finding non-trace amounts of prescrip medications in drinking water as-is from people flushing them, maybe dumping a pound of meth down the drain wasn't the wisest thing you've ever done. Maybe I'll send a letter to my brother, who's in jail for parole violation after being locked up for felony possession and ask him what he'd do with it.

.....nah, we all know the answer. :p

    #30 10 years ago

Hah, if it was a full pound of meth, you just flushed $10k down the toilet.

    #31 10 years ago

From your picture, that stuff looks a bit like Krypton from Superman. Too bad it was an AbraCaDabra...if it had been an Atari, WOW!

    #32 10 years ago

So, lets see photos of the pin. Please post pin pics. Thanks.

    #33 10 years ago

wow, interesting post !! being quite naïve .. and having driven a few pins across the border .. I had never even considered the possibility of this, or the risk / danger

I drove mine across the border without even looking in them ...

that could have been a real mess in a similar scenario

    food for thought!

yes pictures please - we love to see more shots of others' abras too!!

    regards, Ron

I've only found mouse droppings and a 70's era porno mag.

    #37 10 years ago

Got to ask how much do u think it was worth on the street what u flushed? Looks like thousands.
Would have done the same thing just would add to ur story to know how much cash u flushed lol

    #38 10 years ago

I found enough shake under the lockbar of my Buccaneer for a dimebag of weed...
still smells like pot when it's powered on.... I think they used it to roll on the glass...

    #39 10 years ago

You aren't pretending like that google image is your photo right? If you just use google images as your "proof" you should be very up front about doing so, otherwise your story starts to look a little bit fishy!

    #40 10 years ago

    Psst, Hey Picard...you holdin' bro?

    #41 10 years ago

I had a pin shipped from Iran and found high grade pultonium inside the cabinet.
I just flushed it down the toliet........ Was that wrong?

    #42 10 years ago

    Trying to create some DOOT-erium?

    #43 10 years ago

I thought all old EMs came with a pound of meth so you could spend the entire night awake fixing them up?

ps. Can you imagine the bad luck of driving to the police station to turn it in, and getting pulled over and your car searched? "Yeah, Officer... I was just on my way to turn this in..." I bet he's never heard that one before. Do they have pinball in prison?

    #44 10 years ago

    Oh no, a cop man!

You just missed a perfect opportunity to start a drug habit.

"No, really, honey, I'm just HIGH ON MY NEW PINBALL MACHINE!!"

That google image was a reference to just show exactly what it was/looked like etc. I was going to take a video of me flushing it, but decided to not tie myself to it. Shes down the plumbing already, but I have no need to prove myself since this isn't something I would ever fake or want to fake. "I assumed the stamp on the right would be obvious enough that it was a reference photo not my photo."

    Quoted from BALL_LESS1:

I wonder what the uncle died of?

I wanted to txt/email the guy this but if they did not know his uncle may have had a meth addiction that could be rather hard to swallow. I am currently restoring Abra Ca Dabra, being my first EM I am having a lot of fun with it. When I got it from Ebay the photos were blurry, I quickly realized this was a project and will be awhile till shes out of rehab.

    Quoted from manitouguy:

I am currently restoring the Abra Ca Dabra and will for sure share pics when she is out of Rehab lol

That's just a google search, I did not upload that photo. It was just to explain what it was, and how it looked. I assumed the stamp on the right would be obvious enough that it was a reference photo not my photo.

Ha! I reread what I said and it did sound accusatory, not my intent. I was trying to protect you from what happened to me when I once used such an image to prove my point without explicitly stating the pic wasn't mine, haha, I got really laid into!

Dude, I grew up in Castro valley, all you had to do was go down to the valley inn on Castro valley boulevard and you would have sold that in five minutes!
