    Quoted from tomdotcom:

What are threads that have already been done 75 times for 200 Alex.

What is when are prices going to stop rising?

Edit: I know I screwed that up, but don't care

Let me fix this because my OCD will not let it rest…

I’ll take “Threads that have already been done 75 times” for 200 Alex…

Prove it for some well deserved upvotes.

    Yup

    Quoted from SLAMT1LT:

When you actually communicate with people face-to-face (remember that?) you wouldn't say 'TAF', you'd say 'Addams Family'.

Some people actually say Tee Ess Pee Pee (TSPP) and Toadin’ (TOTAN) IRL. It’s ok to smack those people.

We actually just say Addams over here.

TOTAN is the one I hear actually spoken because it's a mouth full saying the whole thing. I hear WOZ too

    #58 1 year ago

I'll say T2, T3 but I think that's it. Otherwise it's just 1 word names if possible, Zeppelin, Addams, Revenge, Dracula, etc.

    Which Dracula? Old Stern one?

Yes. I call them both the same name. Of course it really depends on the context of the conversation. Now, if you were to say Indy that's where I'd say, 500? Jones? or that horrible Stern one?

Yeah, T2 and T3 are naturals

I work in a Government job and everything is abbreviate. Sometimes I have a little chuckle as some of the official Government abbreviations match my favorite pinball games.
Best pinball abbreviation is TNA, which has always been 'Tits and Ass' everywhere else.

Idk, these days I don't like to be treated like I've got the olds.. We speak like we txt.

Rick and Morty was problematic, we got RM, RAM, RaM, R&M... The A versions will return a million references to the memory chips if you search on it, and we can't have every reference to RAM chips linking to the game! I prefer the ampersand, which literally is "and."

Thanks for not calling all abbreviations "acronyms"! Some are, though, such as "WOZ" which I think we all recognize when spoken as a word.

My favorite acronym, though, is pronounced "cufftubble." (CFTBL)

Hey take it easy now. Haha. I own all 3 of them. Indy, Indy 500 and IJ4.

On pinside every acronym will link to the game that it is.

    Hmm, not this one

When typing out the pins I have in online chat like twitch, if I write FT nobody can guess it quickly even though they sold a LOT of them in '92.

The trick is to just google: 'Pinside FT' for most of the pin abbreviations but in that case, it comes up with pins 'For Trade'.

Not sure what the acronym is for that one.
