I'm not getting my machine back until after CAX, but if you still haven't found one by then: I'll try to take it off and scan it for you. Maybe you'll be able to repro it with some lexan and some paper.

Okie-Dokie...
Took a break and went down to where my machine was on location. Took the plastic out. Scanned. Put it back in. Came home and messed around with creating a vector version really quick. So you have two versions to mess with (technically 3).
On my version, I am not positive I have the size correct, but I won't know until you print it out and compare it. Should print on 8x11. Two sizes on that one page. A super quick rough measurement of the plastic showed it was about 8x2
