These are only the drop targets (I believe, haven't gotten my set yet). To get the standup target decals, you will need to buy a set of "Sorcerer" decals (unfortunately the sorcerer set does not have enough drop target decals).
Get these from Classic Arcades (e-bay store?)

I just cleaned the playfield and put a nice coat of wax on it. Putting it all back together now but ran out of a couple rubbers I need so I'm waiting on those. Looking forward to playing it again with a nice clean (and fast) playfield!
