If you can't find one you could always go to a local sheet metal shop and have one made for $20.00. Just make sure you give them the proper measurements including the curved ends.
After it is made take it to a locksmith and they can punch the correct oblong hole for the lock and install a new cam lock with keys for another $20.00.
$40.00 total, like new original.

As EM-PINMAN said ,a sheet metal shop can make one.
Another way which has 2 options is wood. The Mars treks were built with a wood door and to be honest they are a lot quieter,and if you dont want wood at least you have a template for the sheet metal company to measure from.
