Maybe I can help. A friend of my has 1 stored somewhere together with a few combined Bally power/solenoiddriver/lampdriverboards. Coming Saturday I will try to dig it up.... I can send you pictures if desired. Is shipping from Europe a problem?

This is what I can offer. The Vidiot board has no previous repairs. Other than a smashed crystal (which I will replace) and some bent headerpins it is a very nice board. The 2 combo driverboards have had harder times. 1 is in a poor condition having a lot of previous repairs and burnt resistors. The other one has some repairs but is still in a usable condition.
