You can go onto https://www.pinballspareparts.com.au/catalogsearch/result/index/?p=3&q=Lamp+pcb
and buy 4 single pcb lamp boards and cut off the Molex pin and solder each wire to each lamp board

Yes I'm aware of work around options. I'm just trying to see if I can source the correct part before doing something like this. Thanks!
