I'd be interested in seeing a response to this as well. Google yields a site claiming to have v3.1 of the arcade cabinet mod, but not sure it's the real deal.

Light cycles you buy from eBay, they are hallmark ornaments from 2010 and 2011. Kimball pinballs sells a kit to hook them up.
