Where did you get those nets? Players look outstanding as well.

Can anyone advise on Ice Game distributors and their pricing? I know that distributors are prohibited from advertising prices below what Ice sells for, but I'm wondering if I have room to haggle.
The game I'm looking at is $4795 on the Ice site.
An authorized distributor on eBay selling for $4795 with free shipping. If eBay's cut is 12.9%, then they get $4215 after fees, so is it reasonable to think I could ping them directly and get the game for $4500 so we both save?
Thanks for any feedback!
Quoted from Chalkey:Yeah let us know how you do!
Full disclosure: it's actually for a Super Kixx game, so even though Chexx is 100x as popular there is still a 3+ month lead time for the Kixx game right now.
So far, the best price I've found is a Maine dist that quoted me $4695 with free shipping no tax(I'm in Utah and they don't sell enough here to meet some threshold). $100 cheaper than Ice and no tax, not bad.
As for eBay, they have a few Kixx listed there now and one is buy-it-now at $4795. If they only get $4215 from that sale after fees, maybe $4500 direct to me is a win/win.
Quoted from Ryguy80:That's the issue I'm having with my Chexx. My wife doesn't really enjoy playing, we don't have kids or have people over often (it seems like social gatherings are nowhere near pre-Covid levels, but that's a completely different topic), so mine just collects dust on the dome. It's basically become an art piece in the basement. At least with the 3D Pong table, the A.I. can control one side. If someone offered me a fair price to take my Chexx away, I probably wouldn't have any remorse when it's moved out.
Is it because the games aren't very competitive, or is she just not much for the game itself? If it's the former, what worked for me is just getting my better half to play once a day as a routine and I would ease up a bit. Once she started finding the players faster, our games are much closer and she wins her fair share.
