You have to haunt ebay for them for a LONG time. There was a couple NOS ones that showed up a month or two ago there and that was it. It's about maybe once a year good ramps show up for R&B, but I'm afraid you're not going to have much luck anywhere else. I spent several months hunting for them myself, and finally got lucky when I discovered a Norwegian site that had complete NOS set. I ended up paying more for the shipping, but it was worth it.
