While it's likely that a removed gas station mod will maintain enough tack to be reused as is, if one ever needed to be restored to new, the linked 15lb (outdoor) mounting tape is what I used (cut to fit with an exacto knife, and better adhered to the mod itself with super glue gel). It may be found in smaller/cheaper spools at a local home improvement store.
The awning portion is adhered to the bare wood on top of the back panel, and removing it won't harm the mod or the game.
