Looking for a new set of targets for pinbot. Mine are pretty gouged. Not sure if anyone has a set or can point out the best place for me to order a set online.

Those are your part numbers. Marco lists them all, but looks like two or three are out of stock. Should be able to search the other vendors by that part number list and see if they're available elsewhere.
If the switch itself is fine, you could always drill the rivet out and just replace the face if PBR has just the plastic faces. Pop rivets look kinda goofy, but not as goofy as looking like someone took a dremel bit across the whole bank of target faces.

Only if you drilled out the rivets and remove the front facing bracket.
