Here is a link to the base plate. Looks like they are currently sold out but I have seen them in stock with pinbits. Thought about buying one for my Pinbot but too expensive. You might want to check around for a plastic shop that could provide you with a piece of plexiglass that color.

As far as the flasher board I cant really tell from the picture but it looks like you need the PC board with resistors. You can get that here:

As far as the wiring harness with the lamp sockets I am not aware of that being available but someone else may know if it is available. Not a complicated thing and if you can handle very basic soldering you can buy the sockets and some wire and make it your self pretty easy.
