I will be looking for a machine in the $1k (+/-) range in West Michigan (Holland). I prefer a non-EM as I am not familiar with working on the EMs. Let me know what you have (I know my choices are limited). Thanks!

Edit: I found one machine and am now looking for another one in the $500 to $600 range.

May also consider a couple of machines in the $500 to $600 range.

    Quoted from pmWolf:

    Shaq Attack
    Rollergames (1100)
    Jokerz (1200)

What kind of condition are these machines in? Thx.

Bump. I'm really hoping to stay under $1200 and not looking for projects.

Thanks for the reply. It must've sold as I do not see that ad on CL. There is a machine I am considering that is $500, which would leave me with $500 to $700 for a second machine (should I go that route).

Also, I am hoping to find something as local to west Michigan as possible.

I'm guessing he was referring to grandrapids.craigslist.org link

Hmm...I'm not sure how I missed it. Thanks for the link.

    Still searching...

Weekend bump. I've had some responses, but most seem to be too far away.

Is pmwolf's shaq attack free or will he pay you to haul it off? JK

Honestly, Shaq Attack is one of the few games I've never played. For all I know, it could be the greatest game ever.

    Quoted from RCA1:

Have you seen the guy on Grand Rapids CL fishing for offers on a Jungle Lord?
He seems to be asking around $750. His ad has been running for a while now.
I would check it out, but I already have one.
No idea about the seller or the pin, just a suggestion.

This actually has potential. I am not familiar with Jungle Lord, any thoughts? I've had BK before and found it a great and challenging game. JL looks even more challenging.

Well, I ended up picking up this Jungle Lord. The GI pins and connectors need to be replaced and some of the background sounds are not working (speech), but otherwise it is fully working machine. The rubber rings and bulbs were recently replaced plus it came with a new set or rubber rings. All in all, I am happy with it - there is some wear and flaking on the bg (the jungle lord and his lady look like they have leprosy).

I 'm still looking for another cheap machine.

I was able to get the Jungle Lord, but I am now looking for another cheap machine in the $500 to $600 range. I'm really loving the early SS games.

    I would look into this.

The Rollergames was tempting when I was looking for one machine, but I have decided since to get 2 cheaper games.

I'm still on the hunt and may consider an EM if it is fully working.

    em or ss?

It's a bit of my current range, but I will keep it in mind. Thanks!
