Sorry if you found my comment offensive. Based on your post, I had no idea that this was a reproduction that was done with permission through the proper license channels. To me your comment read as a simple statement that removing the TM made things okay. My point is that this in no way makes it okay. You've since provided more information that proves my point. Thanks for clarifying. If you stated upfront that this was an approved reproduction, I never would have commented from the peanut gallery.
