your expectations are off.. those ARE normal prices.
here it really does cost $43aud to send a satchel to germany. i wish dhl would take over.

the reason for refusing to use untracked mail is that it takes weeks and cant be proven with tracking.
whether it shows up or not many dishonest people just say 'i didnt receive it' and claim the money back from paypal.
