I hate to be a Sally Shitty-Shorts, but I don't think Hurricane decals exist.
HS2 decals are definitely out there, and were available on a few websites until a year or so ago; there are definitely people out there that haven't installed them, and they seem to sell for pretty reasonable prices. Good luck!
Have you checked ebay under "pinball decals". There are a few companies selling decals there and they might have them, contact them. I bought a bunch of decals and mounted them for wall art for my gameroom. Here's my CFTBL.
