Does anybody have a High Speed beacon motor to sell? The retail on these is more than I want to spend on this players condition machine.
Thanks

99% sure the beacon is 24v, so buy this:

Then get a step-down converter:

Extract the beacon motor inside the yellow dome and mount inside your existing red dome.

That's great information. I bought my High Speed a long time ago. The OEM motor was dead and proper replacements were not available at the time.
I found a motor that was the correct voltage, but it rotates much slower. Now I can get it "back up to speed" at a fraction of the cost.
Thanks !!!
I tried to repair my existing motor last night. I tore into it, found the broken wire, fixed it. Still doesn't work. Still looking
I replaced my motor a few years ago. Pretty sure the stock is a 26VAC. I couldn't find one at the time so I purchased at 24VDC complete beacon and used a stock dome. I resolved the VAC to VDC simply with a bridge rectifier. Has worked for years. I did later talk to a friend about the trouble I was having with location a 24-26 VAC beacon and he told me they were common or pretty much standard in the burglar alarm arena. So, yes you can go to 24VDC, you just need to add a Bridge Rectifier in that circuit... Mine is simply close to the beacon itself, attached to the cabinet back just below it.

Check the relay that turns the motor on.
Quoted from Cheddar:I never knew that existed! Have a +1
It's new from the last update or so.
Robin rocks the upgrades.

There are multiple videos of different creative beacons, in the High Speed Owners Club thread.
