I don't get the mega-price on that one. It's cool, I like the artwork and the BG and all that but I'm not seeing 5-8k on that machine. Why are they so high priced? I know where 4 of them are right now and everyone spent a fortune to buy them. One friend had two flown in from overseas, I know they aren't uber-rare, what's the deal with it?

Just because a game isn't a dmd game doesn't mean it can't be fun or command a high price.
I'm not a fan of DMD games myself. I've played Spirit at least a hundred times I just don't understand the price. Obviously it's supply and demand (the same as other pins) but people go ga-ga over the Spirit and I'm just curious why. The artwork is great, and the BG is probably one of the best ever, but the sound and game play was just slightly above average for GTB pins of the time. I'm not downing it, I just don't understand it.
