I know this plastic is hard to come by and frequently broken (like mine). Does anyone happen to have one for sale or know of a place that makes repros?

I'm impressed that yours isn't cracked! I've never seen one that wasn't broken.

Well, I couldn't find one and mine wasn't in good enough shape to scan, so I ended up redrawing it by hand and printed my own. I decided to have some fun and modified the design a bit.

It came out pretty good. It's not to a professional level, so I wouldn't feel right selling them, but I'd be happy to send you a copy of the drawing so you can print and cut your own. Just PM me if you want it.
