Marco sells it, not sure who else (link below). I got one from them when I needed a new one about a year ago and it has held up. Hope this helps.

There was no goalie plastic as part of the set that CPR made.

The sticker has a bit of a sandpaper-like texture to it. Like a Whirlwind disc. The coloring is different from factory, but it works.
The plastic has no give to it like the factory rubber pad, but in practice it plays the same. If you have colored LEDs in your goal, they will make the outline of the goalie glow that color - it looks sharp!
Interesting. Mine came without anything attached to the goalie target, so I had no clue the original wasn't a hard plastic. How much give did it have? Maybe it could get 3D printed out of TPE/Ninjaflex to get the same effect? It wouldn't even have to be printed as a clear/opaque object since it is covered by the goalie decal anyway. Hmmm...
