I think you could save the PF in the pics above, matching colors is no joy but you could definitely hand paint it and varathane and have a decent looking machine without a ton of money.

I got lucky on my FG and found a donor PF with very little wear, then varathaned it because all FG playfields seem to get torn to shreds.

If you need a horribly ugly playfield I now have 2 spares that are beat to death, much worse than those above, also have an odd lot of plastics and such as I ended up with 3 populated PFs in order to make 1 good one.
