NOS entry ramps are available at Pinball Spare Parts Australia, but they don't have flaps installed. You can buy the spring steel and rivets at Pinrestore and make your own pretty easily though.

Pinbits sells the three flaps as a kit. I just installed them on my game. Enter "BSD" in the search window.
