Are you looking for the metal post that holds the ramp? The only other thing is the left clear plastic side of the ramp, and to fix that you would need a new ramp or add a metal side, cliffy.

There is a missing small stainless steel guide that mounts on the two posts, on the other side of the ramp, that prevents the ball from sitting between the two rubber post sleeves.

I believe ForceFlow was selling a whole set of used guides for demo man recently.. pretty sure at least. Not sure if they sold.. might hit him up, hd may know at least where to find it

I had ball guides for JD. The guide in the photo doesn't match any that I have.

The part number for the guide you're looking for is 01-12210. No promising search results for that one, unfortunately.

Seems like it might be easy enough to make. I just bought a small piece of SS sheet at Home depot for $7. I could probably make a template using mine.
