Does anyone stock or have a spare set of reproduction Captain Fantastic pop bumper caps with the correctly aligned (and correct overall) artwork and holes drilled?

I'm looking for a new version of the older yellowed cap seen within this ad. I do not want an inaccurate reproduction like also listed here.
