This is the same gate control system used by the later game, 4MBC. If no one else can assist, contact me directly, I will pull one of the two titles from my storage, and take measurements and photos. You will need to make your own with a wire bending jig. You may also want to cross reference the Bally parts number through the catalog on PPS website, and check with John's Jukes. You might be fortunate.
