So...Friday night I win an Ebay auction for a NOS BMX backglass from a seller w/100% high feedback. I'm thrilled...Then I get a message this morning, it was listed by mistake and it sold months ago....WTF

That's Mike Pacek, Chicago Expo guy. Purchased several items from him. But, however happy I was to find rare parts or translights, the customer service isn't always responsive. I've asked several questions to him , willing to spend good money, only to never get a response. So, I didn't buy.
Your in PA, go have a good talk with him at Expo.....good luck...

The eBay auction looks like a case where he expected it to sell for $500+ and when he only got $325 for it, he decided it was "not available" because it didn't bring in enough money to sell such a rare glass. I guess this is why they invented negative feedback.
