I don't really see anyone removing it from an LE. That was a major feature and selling point of an LE.

Why would people ask for this? I don't own AFM, but there should be a logic board to drive the topper. Is that also included?

I feel some of the buyers might not be aware there is a hardware piece to drive the topper. You cannot buy that separately that I am aware of.
