The Pinball Resource has the schematics. Check PinRescue in Australia and Shay Arcade Group for the plastics. Both had them a short while ago. Don't hesitate to order from the Australian guys. They do a great product and include a screened matching keychain.

I did, Australia is out of stock, Shay Group wants $33.50 for Priority shipping.
