I'm not much for the electronics but I do look at data patterns all day.

Perhaps if you list what switch triggers what solenoid it would help diagnose.

I had a similar issue way back. I found a snippet in Clay's guides that might help: (much electronics prattle)

My solution was just to reseat J4 but you're way past that.
