    Agree. Steps:

    1. See a doctor
    2. Don't play for a while; ask doctor how long to lay off for
    3. Once you resume, don't lean on the machines; try altering your stance, one foot in front of the other a bit
    4. When you first resume, wear Kinesio elastic athletic wrist tape something similar for extra protection
