Look, the games you are asking about are clearly not for the same price, for an above average example, the median pricing structure would go like this:
POTC: $4800
WH2O: $4000
Sopranos: $3700
Tommy: $3000
WPT: $2800
So, if you can get a POTC, Wh2O or a Sopranos for the same price as a Tommy or WPT, get either of the three more expensive pins that you feel fits your playing preference the best. Personally, the best value on your list is WPT. I've played every game on this list and the only one I would own (again) is WPT, without question.
