I was playing with the coils under the bottom left pop targets and pulled too much current and blew the F8 fuse. I replaced that but now the coil stays energized. I am thinking that something got damaged like a transistor but I am not sure what, yet. I am thinking the transistor that grounds the coil is shorted to ground. Is that usually the case with a shorted coil? How do I check this easily without a scope?
I am half tempted to have both outputs for the two sets of pop targets to operate off of one pull down transistor. I think that 95% of the time they both operate at the same time and have them either side pushed up when it already is up I doubt would cause problems.
