Start with testpoint TP100 on the powerdriver. Is this exact 12V ?

12.03V is perfect,
Can you get into the test with only J205 connected on the lower part of the CPU ?

If not, pull connector from J205 and make a short between pin 9 and 10 of J205. Does that enter the menu ?

Seems to be a problem on the CPU-board itself.

Check if there is 12V across pin 3 and 12 of U16

Could also be a problem with communication between ASIC (U9) and security-chip with surrounding chips.
Try a reseat G10 (security) and a gentle push on the ASIC
