Safe Cracker
Bally, 1996Just bought a Safe Cracker that I have a problem with. Everything works on it, but I have codes that says that all EOS switches are out of function.
None of them are working in switch test. I have changed them all, which didn’t help. I have inspected the cables, and all seems good.
Don’t know if any more switches are connected to that loop, but I’m more in to a cpu problem.
Any ideas?
If you're sure that cables are good and switches are correct adjusted then try to test the cpu with a jumper.
- go into switch test.
- unplug J208 on CPU board.
- make a short between pin 14 and pin 13 on J208
does that trigger the lower right flipper EOS in testmenu ?
if not, it could be a problem with U26 on the CPU-board
Thank´s guys! Will try this in the evening (Swedish time) And report back. Had the CPU board out yesterday and noticed a little bit of green corrosion on a few places after an old battery leek. Not much, but it could be worth looking deeper into.
