Here is a new one for me. Just picked up a Shadow and the volume menu is the only text in the game that is somehow set in a different language. Any idea if this is a CPU or menu setting I somehow missed? Looks like the game is set to English and this is the only text in game and in menus that displays in non-English.
Anyone ever run into this? Thanks!

The volume control will still operate normally--it's just the text that won't display correctly on that screen.
The bug doesn't appear in LX-5. It looks like the only difference between LH-6 and LX-5 is that in version 6 ROMs, there is a fix for the replay score adjustment.
There is also an unofficial HK-6 ROM floating around that fixes the volume text bug.
I think I just left LH-6 in my game. The text bug doesn't really impact anything, so I left it alone.
Thank you! I was digging through some old threads and saw it was a bug, but didn't know if it was ever cleaned up. Not a big deal, just wanted to see if I was crazy ha. Is LH-6 the most "current" ROM version? I believe that is what's in my game as well.
