Dear Lloyd:
My WPC game has just started resetting after a few seconds of me going into the tests/adjustments menu (coin door open). I have tried it lots of times and it is resetting every time after a few seconds and before I can complete or make my menu adjustments. Even while I am pressing the up or down button it resets.
After reset, it starts up with the usual ‘bong’ but is no longer in the tests/adjustment menu.
While in attract mode or during gameplay, there are no resets.

That is a weird one. Only thing I can think of is be sure anything socketed on the CPU is in tight, no corrosion on legs. No battery damage. And no shorts to diagnostic switch lugs or flipper dust on coin door interface board.
