Sounds as if you have a switch wired wrong tripping a reset. Is there any switches replaced in the past? Can you verify that they are wired correctly? Maybe even test all switches in the switch edge test to be sure that only one switch registers that supposed to.
Are you seeing diagonal lines when the game resets? If so, the slam tilt switch contacts are too close on the coin door.
