Hi, I had exactly the same problem. Today I finally could solve it!!! I already changed Q12 & Q16 and some other parts...But I finally found my issue on this topic: https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/i-need-a-close-up-pic-of-t2-connectors-j115-and-j120#post-127907
Reallly make sure that J115 is connected like the pic from post nr. 8 (exflexer)! In my case position 10 & 11 were not connected.
Mine is working fine now
