Just got a WCS that emits this loud squeal/screech when I turn it on. Before I dive in blindly, would this likely be due to the 2 large caps on the sound board?

I've owned a number of bally/williams. This is the only one I've ever had that does it. I'll have to get the board out & see if anything looks amiss.
