Best of luck. Many years ago I ordered a 32” monitor for a Mame cabinet build. It arrived in about 15,000 pieces and when I went to file my claim, they claimed the insurance form “wasn’t filled out correctly”, despite the fact that they accepted shipment and I had paid for the insurance. I gave up after a month or so. UPS is the absolute worst. I was out $600. In retrospect I should’ve tried harder but I was young and didn’t know better.
